The ladies at the office in Hanoi have clearly been trained well in customer service as they were very friendly and helpful. The bus stopped twice in 6hrs which I feel was appropriate and the driver told us in English how many minutes we’d be stopping for (we haven’t had this anywhere else in Vietnam so we were surprised!). They even dropped us off at our hotel in Ha Giang which I wasn’t expecting as the ticket said we’d be dropped off at their office. I would say this is a very good company to travel with.

The host gave us a useful introduction on the schedule (break, boat, etc) and shared so much useful information on the way to help with our time in Cat Ba. He answered the questions I had about possible trips at the destination, and even other ideas for Vietnam. We said we’d like to rent a scooter and when we showed up, there was already a lady on the side of the street with a scooter waiting for us!

Cat Ba to Hanoi - about 50k vnd more expensive than some of the other services but well worth it. Great organisation by Abe from Easy Go who speaks amazing English. New clean bus, comfortable seats, good stopping place half way, much better than a lot of the buses I’ve tried so far. Best thing specifically for the island though if that this bus/service takes the bus ferry so you just have the 1 bus all the way through rather than having to get off with your bags etc, get the passenger ferry to get across to the island and swap buses again etc. highly recommend.

Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend

The car's ride is smooth, everyone. You can sleep in the chosen cabin. Even though the last seat is not too bumpy. Friendly staff, I got in the car and forgot to charge it so I asked to borrow it, he let me borrow it until I got off. The car is fully equipped, with curtains, a bed with a massage mode, a charging outlet with a USB port, a tray for drinks and a TV for entertainment (but I couldn't find anything to watch, I hope the bus company upgrade soon). Full wifi, the bed has an adjustable overhead light, 3 light levels, customizable. Generally private, but not soundproof. It is recommended to bring headphones or earplugs if you want to be quiet. The ride at night is very quiet, I can just sleep and get there. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I was provided.
